We are committed to providing high-quality NFC Metal Cards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy outlined below, designed to comply with Canadian consumer protection laws.
We do not offer a return policy. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned. Custom products are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your NFC Metal Card.
- Only cards that are unused and in their original packaging qualify for refunds.
- Customized NFC Metal Cards (cards with personalized names, logos, or other unique customizations) are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
- If your card arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@aeronoble.ca with a description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@aeronoble.ca with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the card arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned NFC Metal Card, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized cards with specific design requests.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
6. Exceptions
- Due to the nature of our NFC Metal Cards, cards that have been programmed or used are not eligible for refunds.
